1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

To use h bajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on h bajee. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed if detected. Any winnings generated through a duplicate account may be voided.

4 Deposits

H bajee accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your h bajee account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits made to h bajee are for gaming purposes only. H bajee does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Only deposit funds that you can afford to use for gaming.

H bajee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a need to verify account ownership. This is a standard compliance measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a wallet registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money through wagering before withdrawal is possible.
• H bajee does not charge withdrawal fees, but your mobile wallet provider may apply charges.
• Withdrawals requested during system maintenance may be delayed — you will be notified if this applies.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

8 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

H bajee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated any part of these Terms.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• An account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within 5 business days. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
